Being a motorcycle ministry made up of street riders, and dedicated to bringing Christ's love to the streets, it is only fitting that CCBMM members patrol the streets looking for opportunities to minister to those in need of God's Mercy.
We go out to the streets armed with the Gospel and prayed up in the Holy Spirit. We bring with us information on social services for those who are homeless, hungry, addicted to drugs, etc. We seek to encourage those we encounter to utilize services and agencies already in existence. We offer to get them a meal or cup of coffee. We also bring with us Catholic prayer cards, tracts for evangelization, and rosaries. As we meet people are first words are "Do you know Jesus Loves you?" The Holy Spirit guides our encounter as we share our testimony. We offer to pray for and with individuals. We always leave them with our contact information and with the words,"May God bless you!"
Street Patrol is an awesome way to live out Christ's command to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked, visit the ill and imprisoned ( Matthew 25: 31 - 46 ). Many we encounter have suffered greatly. They need to know someone cares...that God cares! We are the hands and feet of Christ. It is more than just a saying. We must put our faith into action. Street Patrol is not for the faint of heart. We must be shrewd as serpents but innocent as doves ( Matthew 10:16 ).
"Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned" (Mark 16: 15-16)
